Every consignment is checked two to three times a day as it moves through the network, so status reflects the shipment's actual last-known location and milestone.
It's printed on your shipping receipt or invoice, and is also included in the booking confirmation sent to you by email or SMS.
Once your shipment is delivered, a POD record — including receiver name, timestamp, and signature or photo capture where applicable — is generated and available right from your tracking results.
Our delivery team typically makes up to two attempts to the given address, and will try to contact the receiver to reschedule if unavailable. See our Delivery Instructions for details.
ODA (out-of-delivery-area) pincodes fall outside our standard serviceable network and may involve longer transit times and additional handling charges. Check ODA status with our Find Pincode tool before booking.

Note the damage at the time of receiving where possible, keep the outer packaging, and contact our operations desk with your consignment number within 7 days of delivery.
Rates are based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), distance, service type, and destination zone. ODA locations may carry additional charges.
Yes — payment terms (prepaid, to-pay, or credit account) can be agreed at the time of booking or under a separate commercial agreement for regular clients. Contact our operations desk to set this up.
All applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as per prevailing government rates and shown separately on your invoice.
