Please contact our operations desk before booking a restricted item to confirm acceptance and any special handling requirements.
Any item classified as "Dangerous Goods" under applicable Indian and international transport regulations (including air, rail and road transport rules) must be declared at booking and packaged, labelled and documented in accordance with those regulations. Undeclared dangerous goods found in a consignment may be seized and reported to the relevant authorities, and the sender may be held liable for resulting costs or damages.
Shipments without the required documentation may be held at transit hubs until valid paperwork is provided, which can affect delivery timelines.
Standard weight and dimension limits vary by service type (air cargo, surface transport, or FTL/PTL freight). Charges are calculated on actual weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ standard divisor), whichever is greater. Please confirm limits for your specific shipment with our operations desk before booking oversized or overweight cargo.
You may declare the value of your shipment at the time of booking. For high-value goods, we recommend opting for additional insurance coverage, as our standard liability is limited as described in our Terms & Conditions. Undeclared or under-declared value may limit the compensation payable in the event of loss or damage.
We reserve the right to open and inspect any shipment where there is reasonable suspicion that it contains prohibited or restricted items, or where required by a regulatory or customs authority. Where legally required, we will notify the sender of any such inspection.
Our operations comply with applicable Indian transport, customs, and tax regulations, including those governing GST e-way bills, motor vehicle/carriage rules for road transport, and civil aviation cargo rules for air shipments. Regulations are subject to change by the relevant government authorities, and shipment handling is updated accordingly. This page is provided for general guidance and does not replace official government notifications; senders remain responsible for ensuring their shipment complies with all applicable laws.
